Sameena K. Uhlianuk, CPA

Sameena Kapi Uhlianuk, CPA, is the Vice President of Accountax, Inc.

Ms. Uhlianuk has over a decade of experience in providing financial and tax guidance to US businesses, their owners and individuals. Aside from everyday accounting and tax matters, Sameena has worked with clients through business sales, purchases and succession planning. She works with companies with single and multi-state locations and US corporations with foreign ownership or subsidiaries. Sameena is also aiding clients to resolve IRS and state tax issues including representing them in audits situations.

Ms. Uhlianuk has a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University (2003), Masters in Accounting (2006), Masters in Finance from Walsh College (2013). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
